Welcome to Villa Helena, a cozy and fully equipped villa in the stunning Turku archipelago on Kemiönsaari. Villa Helena combines the peacefulness of the archipelago with modern comforts, ensuring your holiday is as relaxing and carefree as possible.
The villa offers two comfortable bedrooms, a spacious open-plan kitchen, a dining area, a living room, and a toilet. Down by the shore, you will find a traditional wood-fired sauna where you can unwind and cool off in the dressing room, which can also serve as a guest room.
There are sleeping arrangements for four guests, with extra beds available for larger groups. The villa is easily accessible by car, even though it is located on an island – making your arrival smooth and stress-free.
Villa Helena is thoughtfully equipped with modern amenities: a fully fitted kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer), charcoal and gas grills for summer evenings, TV, washing machine, and air source heat pump to ensure year-round comfort.
In addition to relaxation, you can enjoy active moments with the rowing boat (an electric motor is available for an extra fee) or try out stand-up paddling. The clear waters of the archipelago also offer excellent fishing opportunities – please make sure you have the required fishing permits.

Villa Helena is perfectly located on Kemiönsaari for guests who want to enjoy both archipelago tranquility and exciting nearby destinations.
About six kilometers away lies the charming village of Taalintehdas, with its fascinating industrial heritage and ironworks that offer a glimpse into the area’s rich history. Beautiful forests and shorelines in the surroundings also attract nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts.
Just three kilometers from the villa is Söderlångvik Manor, a culturally significant landmark known for its beautiful parks and historical buildings. The manor also functions as a cultural center with exhibitions and events throughout the year. Around the manor, several marked nature trails invite exploration, including the easy Park Trail (0.9 km), Mona Trail (1.7 km), and the longer Sundsvedjan trail (5 km) leading to stunning sea views and a cozy campfire shelter.
Another highlight is Kasnäs, on the southern coast of Kemiönsaari. This area is known for its wonderful sandy beaches, spectacular archipelago scenery, and a wide range of activities, including boating, fishing, hiking, and cycling. Kasnäs also offers a popular spa where you can relax in the sauna and enjoy various treatments.
For a different archipelago experience, you can take a car ferry to Högsåra, a picturesque island village with authentic maritime charm. Don’t miss the famous Farmors Café, loved for its delicious homemade treats and laid-back island atmosphere.
Lastly, from Kasnäs, you can join a boat trip to Bengtskär Lighthouse, the tallest lighthouse in the Nordic countries and one of Finland’s most iconic attractions. Standing on a rugged rock in the open sea, the lighthouse combines breathtaking maritime views with rich history, offering a truly unforgettable day trip.
