The villa is a cozy semi-detached log house, and depending on availability, both sides can be booked—accommodating up to 16 people. Ski lift tickets to Ukkohalla are included (2 pieces / apartment). Downstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a combined living room and kitchen, a sauna, a bathroom/WC, and a loft with two box spring beds and additional fold-out beds. There is a grill hut in the yard. Firewood for the fireplace is included in the price. The apartment includes a living room with kitchen, a bedroom, a loft, a bathroom, and a sauna. Sleeping places for 6–8 people: 2 in the bedroom, 2–4 in the loft, and 2 on a sofa bed in the living area. Excursion destinations: Hepoköngäs Nature Trail and its impressive waterfall, about a 30-minute drive away. The Paljakka Nature Reserve begins just a few kilometers from the area. Paljakka Fishing Park is located in the scenic hills, in the heart of the Paljakka Tourist Center. For snowmobilers: Extensive snowmobile trails in the areas of Puolanka and Hyrynsalmi, extending all the way to Suomussalmi and Taivalkoski. The Vääränsärkät Freeride Area, 30 km away, accessible via snowmobile routes. For skiers: The Ukkohalla Ski Resort is located 27 km away.
