Situated within the Jyväskylä Paviljonki Congress and Trade Fair Centre, this contemporary hotel is 200 metres from Jyväskylä Train Station and the town’s harbour. It features free Wi-Fi and sauna access. Opened in June 2012, Solo Sokos Hotel Paviljonki provides modern décor and furnishings, such as a flat-screen satellite TV and minibar. Some also have a private sauna, as well as bathrobes, slippers and a coffee maker. Brick-oven pizza, pasta dishes and other authentic Italian cuisine is served at the in-house Trattoria Aukio. Additional facilities at Sokos Hotel Paviljonki include a terrace, fitness centre and free use of bicycles. The Lutakko district swimming beach is 3 minutes’ walk away, while a variety of restaurants, stores and the market square are all within 900 metres of the hotel. Alvar Aalto Museum is less than 2 km away.
