Villa Outi is a brand new luxury villa in Ylläs (in the village of Äkäslompolo), Lapland. The villa is conveniently located 40 km from Kolari Train Station and 48 km from Kittilä Airport. In Äkäslompolo, the villa is situated between the village centre and the ski resort, just a short drive from both. It is also possible to travel the distances with the local SkiBus or by foot. The villa has an open-plan kitchen-living room with a beautiful electric fireplace and a room height of up to 7.5 metres. There are four sleeping areas, two of which are separate rooms, one spacious loft with two separate sleeping corners. The living room has a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a corner that can be converted into a study area/remote working station. The villa has two bathrooms (one in the sauna area) and two separate restrooms. For guests with small children, the villa has all the basic equipment including a travel cot, high chair and bath. The villa has a warm ski storage room and some outdoor equipment. Skiing, downhill skiing, cycling, hiking, canoeing, fishing etc. can be enjoyed in the nearby Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park and its beautiful surroundings. The air-conditioned holiday home also offers free wifi and private parking. Charging an electric vehicle is free of charge for guests.
