Property information

Well equipped apartment with two bedrooms and own sauna at a great location in Ylläs ski resort. Apartment is in the house next to Ylläs Gondola ski lift. Excellent apartment specific storage for skis and boots. Maintenance room for sports equipments. Final cleaning and linen are included in the price. Nice view towards the ski slopes. Apartment is above pub (Bar Kaappi) and occasionally might causes noise to apartment during highest ski season.

Neighbourhood information

Cross country ski tracks starts behind the building. You can rent snowmobiles also by the lift and tracks start behind the building. Very nice hiking and biking trails around the year starting next to the building. Very beautiful nature around. All the services needed are in the same building. Spa hotel can be seen from kitchen window. Close to Levi ski resort (50 minutes by car) and also Äkäslompolo ski resort and village on the other side of Ylläs hill.
