We specialise in self catering accommodation allowing the flexibility you need to be able to explore the mountains in both summer and winter whilst sampling all the wonderful culinary options available in this wonderful part of France. We are family run and you can be assured of a warm and personal welcome from our hosts and owners Gordy, Fi & Nancy.

Neighbourhood information

Résidence des Epinois is situated in the centre of the beautiful large village of Séez. Within 50m of the property you will find 2 Boulangeries, a Butchers, Cheese Shop, large Bio Supermarket, small local shop and 2 bars and restaurants. The property is situated 3km from Bourg Saint Maurice (train connections to Lyon, Paris and London) and is 2 1/2 hrs from Geneva or Lyon airports (for skiers, Chambéry airport is 1 1/2 hrs away) The ski resorts of Les Arcs, La Rosière, Ste Foy, Tignes and Val d'Isère are a short drive away. In the summer, there is easy access to the famous Cols of Petit Saint Bernard (with easy access to Italy), Iséran, Madeline & Cormet du Roselend. Mountain biking is very popular in the area with many competitions and routes available for beginners through to experts.
