Beautifully renovated farmhouse with foundations dating back to the 1700s. Servoz is the first village as you enter the valley of Chamonix and only 15 minutes from the centre of town. We are 5 min from the freeway up to the small south facing commune of Le Mont, one of the quietest places in the valley.
This private ground floor apartment opens out onto a private deck & garden with views of the Mont Blanc.
Hiking / mountain biking trails are accessible straight from your doorstep, including the famed Lac Vert. Discover surroundings on foot, or catch the train from the station situated in Servoz.
There is also a bistro/petite restauration "La Table du Lieutenant" open most of the year 2 minutes walk from the farm.
