My B&B is gorgeous, there are no wide angled lens photos, each of the Very Different properties is large, comfortable & homely. The apartment for 2 is SHARED with me as it's my home. The apartment for 4 is on the floor below. Breakfast is provided by me every morning, each at your separate dining tables. Book both properties so that up to 6 people can share together. Please note the differences between the 2 properties: Bed and breakfast for 2: You are SHARING with me, pop wine in the fridge, take apéritifs on the balcony, make tea when you want however you are not able to make or bring an evening meal into 52 Clichy. The super kingsize bed, or twin beds, are very comfortable, however YOUR TOILET is SEPARATE from YOUR bedroom, opposite YOUR bedroom. PLEASE see the PLAN in the PHOTOS. Breakfast is at the dining room table in Winter or on the balcony as soon as there's sun. Spring and Summer is amazing (we have a portable aircon machine in each property if too hot) and the Autumn colours are gorgeous. Bed and breakfast for 4: You are on a separate floor to my apartment. It's ideal for families with children or couples who want more space as it is 60m² (much larger than normally offered in Paris). There is a full bathroom plus an additional toilet (2 toilets). It is wheelchair friendly, has wide doors, rails around the bath / toilet and lots of turning space. No TV but lots of books and 5G wifi :) Breakfast is delivered to you every morning at a time of your choosing. 52 Clichy B&B is ranked in the Top 5 Paris properties on Tripadvisor and listed in the Frommer's Paris guidebooks as their 'Best Value' bed and breakfast property. I love my neighbourhood, Montmartre with the Sacré Coeur basilica and its winding streets full of great restaurants, cool boutiques, bars and great galeries and museums is only 5 minutes walk to the North and the luxury shopping of Galeries Lafayette, Printemps and the Opéra House just 10 minutes down the hill. Although minutes from these tourist destinations this is still a very French neighbourhood so the local shops and restaurants are geared to serving demanding French locals who insist on great food and service at non-tourist prices! The best way to get to the Louvre or to the Seine is to wander down the hill in a straight line, past Galeries Lafayette (divert to the roof of GL ladies store for one of the best panoramic views of Paris - and it's free!), round the Opéra Garnier then take rue de la Paix (avoid Avenue de l'Opera as it's boring), past Napoleon's column & the Ritz Hotel, peering in all the amazing shop windows before arriving at the Tuileries Gardens. Take the tree-lined walk through the gardens via the boating ponds to the Louvre. That sounds like a long walk but it's only 2.5km (1.5 miles)! If you are not walking everywhere public transport is excellent, several metro stations are very close, going places you want to go! which arrive every 1-2 minutes and the buses are also very frequent. Metro line 14 from St lazare is just at the bottom of the hill and is the only metro line with wheelchair access at all stations AND it goes directly to Orly airport! St Lazare also a large train station and from there you have DIRECT trains to Versailles Château, Monet's Gardens at Giverny and the Normandy beaches. You are only 15 minutes from the Eurostar too.
