Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is composed as follows - 30 m² living room with TV, dining area and sleeping area with double sofa bed - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Mezzanine with sleeping area including double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower and WC Outside : - A 6m² balcony facing south-east, sheltered from the sun by a blind and with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. Other remarks : - Pets are allowed in the accommodation, for a supplement of e15 per stay. You will be able to walk your pets at the hill, 50 m away from the accomodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner).
