The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, this charming 81 m² air-conditioned apartment in Aregno can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it features an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a terrace and a balcony. We're waiting for you! The housing exposed East/West is composed in the following way: - A living room of 30 m² with TV, sofa and dining area. - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates... - Bedroom 1 : a queen-size bed (180×200). - Room 2: a double bed (140×190). - Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190). - Two bathrooms with shower. - Separate toilet. Outside : - A balcony to the east. - A terrace in the East with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. For even more comfort: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation, except in special cases which the owners may consider. - Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
