The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - 45 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Separate WC - Garage with washing machine and tumble dryer Second floor: - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite shower room - Bedroom 3: 2 single beds forming a queen-size bed (160×200), which can be separated. - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A wooden terrace of approx. 50 m², facing south-east, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
