One-bedroom up to 3 people with air conditioning and swimming pool access, located on the 3rd floor (elevator and disabled access) with 1 living room/bedroom, 1 entrance, 1 bathroom, and 1 private parking spot within the building area. This very bright flat with garden/sea view will provide you all you may need for a relaxing and comfortable stay: - Double fold-away bed and a sofa-bed in the loggia for 1 additional person (blanket, duvet, and pillows provided) - Bathroom with a shower and WC - TV - Iron, vacuum cleaner, hair-dryer - Fully fitted kitchen: coffee maker, dishes, fridge, and freezer, washing machine, micro-waves, hoven, and hotplate Within the building area, you have access to the swimming pool but also a tennis court, a petanque ground, and a children's playground. The area is very quiet and safe, with private pass access to all facilities. On the ground floor, there is a locked room for bikes and strollers.
