House Rules : We welcome you to our home and entrust you with the care of the furniture, the cleanliness of the premises and the tranquility of the neighbourhood. Please respect these rules and leave the premises in the same condition as you found it. By reserving, the guests undertake to respect the internal regulations. In case of breakage, damage or loss, please report it during your stay, even if no damage seems apparent. In the event of loss or damage to elements of the accommodation, the amount of the deposit may be reduced by the cost of repair or possible replacement. The guests will need to complete an online check-in form prior to arrival. (A copy of the ID is required) Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed, the maximum capacity of the accommodation must be respected. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation/balcony and in the common areas, a fee of 250 EUR will be charged on your security deposit in case of tobacco smell or other. It is forbidden to organize parties/events in the accommodation for your own account and/or that of a third party, a penalty of EUR 250 will be withheld from your security deposit. It is forbidden to make any noise that might disturb the neighbourhood between 10pm and 8am. Pets are not allowed. Any delays can cause delays to the next guests, please respect the check-out time unless otherwise agreed to prior, if this rule is not respected a penalty of 100 EUR might be applied on your security deposit. Please note that a fee of up to EUR 250 may be charged on your security deposit in case of lack of cleanliness, in particular if the accommodation is not left in good condition at your departure (trash must be taken out and deposited in the household waste bins, the refrigerator must be emptied, the dishes must be washed and put away, appliances must be returned clean) or in case of excessive usage of linens (bedding) and towels. At check-out, the duvet covers must be taken off.

The apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the Outlet la Vallée Village. It takes 7 minutes to get to Disneyland Paris by bus and 5 minutes to the Val d'Europe train station. The bus stop is at the foot of the residence. The apartment is also close to Paris by RER A, 40 minutes from the center of the city. The apartment is cosy and confortable, it can accommodate up to 10 people. There is 3 rooms and a living room : 1st room: king size bed 2 persons 2nd room: king size bed 2 persons 3rd room 2 bunk beds 4 pers Living room with a Sofa bed. A garden and terrace WiFi Guest access : An access code is required for the entrance door and the elevator, all information will be forwarded to you prior to arrival. Other things to note : In order to book the accommodation, the main tenant must be at least 25 years and has to be present throughout the entire rental period.
