Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you, located close to the port and the main beach of Le Tréport, this cosy and comfortable studio of 25 m² ! Take the funicular to discover a breathtaking panorama, stroll through the narrow streets of the city and visit its unmissable monuments or go to the fishermen's market and glean some good fresh and local products! Your pied-à-terre for this stay has a beautiful and bright living room with a balcony, a bedroom with a double bed, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Duvets and pillows provided. Bed linen and towels extra. The studio: Located on the 1st floor accessible by stairs, the accommodation is composed as follows: - A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with two armchairs, a TV and a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate 2 guests. - A closed and fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, induction cooker, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker... - A bedroom with a double bed. - A bathroom with a shower, a basin, shower gel and/or shampoo, storage space and a heated towel rail. - Separate toilet. - A balcony of about 4 m² without furniture facing south ! Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels in supplement: 25 euros / stay - This accommodation does not have internet access. - For an arrival after 7pm, a supplement of 20 euros will be asked. - Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility. A deposit of 30euros, corresponding to the cost of cleaning, will be requested on arrival by the concierge. To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the teams of Book&Pay (advertisement and reservation management service) and La Conciergerie d'Angélique (concierge / stewardship service).
