Come and enjoy this newly renovated character farmhouse. Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers in the commune of Saint-Marcouf de l'Isle - Les Gougins (beach). It benefits from double exposure to the south-east and south-west, allowing you to relax on the terrace, while the enclosed grounds ensure peace and quiet. With a surface area of 120 m², it can accommodate up to 5 travelers. Wifi (fiber optics) and bed linen included. We're waiting for you! The accommodation is as follows: First floor - A 33 m² living room/kitchen with TV and fireplace (wood will be provided for the first flambé). The kitchen is equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Lounge area with sofa - Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower and WC First floor - Bedroom 2: with two single beds (90x200) that can be moved closer together (please specify at the time of booking if you would like this configuration) and a TV. - A large landing with a study area and a single bed - A shower room with shower and WC Exterior: - 600 m² enclosed garden - A 16 m² terrace with a sheltered kitchenette, outdoor shower and garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
