This modern and well-designed studio is located on Rue Bouquière and features: • A double wall bed that folds vertically against the wall when not in use — it is neither a sofa bed nor a conventional bed, but a fully comfortable bed that can be easily raised to free up space during the day. • A fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave, hob, kettle, and all the necessary kitchenware. • A private bathroom with shower, complimentary toiletries, towels, and bed linen provided. • Free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the studio. The studio is on the 2nd floor without a lift. Keys are deposited in a secure locker, just a 5-minute walk from the property. The apartment is equipped for your comfort all year round: • Summer: 2 fans to cool the air. • Winter: 1 heater and a towel warmer. Tap water is drinkable. The water heater is small, allowing for around 2 showers per day. Please use it responsibly so that everyone can enjoy it. Additional comfort features: • Extra pillows are in the cupboard above the extractor hood. • The upper right kitchen cupboard is free for your belongings. • An extra blanket is in the basket behind the mirror. The mattress has been recently replaced with a bamboo fibre memory foam model, designed to regulate temperature and improve sleep quality. The studio enjoys an ideal location, just 200 metres from the famous Grosse Cloche and 500 metres from the Musée d’Aquitaine.
