Quite luminous as East, South and West facing, and with many glass doors and windows. Pretty sunny and sheltered terrasse, with a 6 covers outdoor table, transats and sun umbrella. From this terrasse you will enjoy a large view on the "St Brieuc bay", the changing colors of sea & sky, the incessant tides motion, and...the sunsets ! The residence is quite quiet and ideally located : - on 2nd floor, with a lift - 1 free carpark place is dedicated to this apartment, just downstairs - a small park is surrounding the residence You can yourself decide the configuration : for 2 guests, with a double lounge / library for more comfort, or for 3 to 4 guests, the 2nd lounge becoming a second private bedroom then. Inside, you will enjoy resting, reading, listening to music, playing games, cooking and tasting the delicious seafood and other local products. Hi ! My name is Jean-Yves. I was born in Brittany and I have travelled a lot in France and in many countries. Lucky me to own this apartment at only 100m from the superb Val André sand beach. You are most welcome aboard so you can too enjoy it ! I have equipped it the best way to make it practicle, enjoyable, comfortable, and I strive to maintain it in good shape and clean to ensure your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. Until now, all my guests were satisfied and are quite loyal, most of them coming back every year ! I do like to welcome new guests the same way as I do like myself to be welcomed by hosts for my numerous travels in France or abroad. I know very well Le Val André and around, as well as a large part of the Brittany region. So that, should you wish so, I will be glad to provide you with tips about nicest beaches, top sites and towns to be visited, and advice for your sportive, nautical and cultural activities. From the residence you have direct access (100m) to the superb sand beach and to the pedestrian dike along it. - At about 5mns walk : you will find Stores, Open Market, Tourist Office, Bars, Restaurants, Casino, Cinema, Spa center and Tennis courts. Also available : Sailing school, Boards and sailing boats rental. - Superb Golf resort (18 ) at 3 mns drive. - Bus Shuttle to Erquy and Lamballe (TGV train station). Lamballe is only 2 hours trip from Paris by TGV. - Karting in Lamballe (20 mns). Every Tuesday and Friday, the Open Markets will offer you a large range of seafood (fish, shells, crabs and lobsters) as well as our so famous Brittanian galettes and crêpes (pancakes). Direct access too to the famous coastal trail "GR34", as well as to the coastal road. - To the East side, this one leads you along the superb "Emeraude Coast", up to the Mont St Michel (1H30). On the way you will enjoy numerous sand beaches and visit the unmissible sites and towns such as Erquy, Cap Fréhel, Fort la Latte, Dinan, Dinard, Saint Malo, Cancale. - To the West side, it leads you to Binic, Paimpol, the magnificient "Bréhat" archipel (" Flowered island"), then to the sublim Granit Rose Coast.
