The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Bayeux, this charming apartment of a surface of 45 m ² and being able to accommodate to 4 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an open kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you ! The attic apartment, facing west and east, is composed as follows: - A living room of 20 m² with TV, Wifi, sofa bed (double) and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates... - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190). - A shower room with Italian shower. - Separate toilet. For more comfort : washing machine, ironing board and iron. Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use. - Free Wifi available. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - Baby bed and high chair on request from our service provider on site. - Staircase in the standards but not particularly comfortable, height of the steps 175 mm, it is in double quarter turning with a width of 85 cm. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception.
