IMPORTANT: If you book for 6 people or fewer, only two bedrooms will be available (1 double room and 1 room for 4 people, as well as one bathroom). This explains the advantageous rate. Chalet Quartz, located in Saint-Gervais, offers an ideal setting for a mountain getaway. This cosy duplex features a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, a bedroom with two single beds and a twin bed (configuration can be changed on request), as well as a secure mezzanine with a double bed (not recommended for children under 8). There are two bathrooms, two separate toilets, a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), and a capsule coffee machine. A baby cot is also available. Outside, you will find a balcony and a terrace where you can enjoy the mountain view. A ski and bike storage room and two parking spaces on the property are at your disposal. The residence is 100 metres from a bus stop (regular line and ski bus in winter), 2 km from the centre of Saint-Gervais, and close to the Mont Blanc tramway. The Pontets leisure park (Les Contamines) is also worth discovering. Pets, parties and smoking are not allowed. There is no air conditioning. You are asked not to wear shoes or bring food upstairs, and not to leave anything on the floor in the shared entrance. Please respect the peace of the neighbourhood. Cleaning is your responsibility (deposit required). Sensors, which are not active during your stay, ensure security without intrusive surveillance. The accommodation is equipped with water and energy saving devices.
