The owner welcomes you to this charming longère, a traditional building from the Gâtinais region, formerly a renovated farmhouse with its outbuildings, set in a calm and relaxing environment. Room 3, located on the first floor, features a private entrance accessed via an external staircase. The main room includes a 160 x 200 cm double bed as well as an 80 x 200 cm extra bed. The bathroom, fully open to the bedroom, is equipped with a bathtub, a small shower, and a washbasin. The toilet is separate. The room also offers a TV, a desk area, and free Wi-Fi access. In a second room, you will find a single bed measuring 90 x 200 cm. This independent room is part of a guest house with a total of three guest rooms, all carefully decorated and rented individually on the property.
