👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 We offer you a HOME STAY, we have two rooms to rent in our house which is located 400m from the entrance to the circuit. It is possible that the second room will be reserved by a Couple who will also share the amenities and indoor/outdoor equipment offered, swimming pool, pétanque court... 🙂 You will also have a personal safe to store your belongings if necessary. In each bedroom you will find a large bed. The first (160/200) and the second (200/200). Possibility of adding mattresses next to the beds (we have 3) Sheets will be provided. Each room has a television with a Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney Plus account. During your stay with us you will have access to our kitchen if you need, including the refrigerator. The bathroom has a very large walk-in shower, a double sink unit. Towels will be provided as well as shower gel and shampoo. Outside you will find a beautiful terrace with barbecue available, a heated swimming pool (6.5*3.5 and 1.2m) with towels provided, deckchair, garden furniture and a pétanque court, all on a land of 1200m² planted with palm trees and olive trees. In the morning we will be delighted to prepare you a breakfast with fresh bread, croissants, chocolate brioche bread, tea, coffee, orange juice, milk, fruit... and others. You can let us know your preferences. The house will be clean upon your arrival, including the outside. We ask that you at least leave the house in good condition. Close to the entrance to the circuit, ideal for easily parking in our courtyard and for going to the circuit on foot to enjoy the Show 😊. Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, petrol less than 5 minutes by car. Bus stop 100m from the house. Tram 1km. We are 12 minutes from the main square in the city center and 15 minutes from Le Mans Cathedral, where you can visit the old Mans district which is very pretty with its cobblestones and stone houses. Possibility of getting there by bus or tram.
