The gîte is walking distance to local restaurants, bakeries, shops and bar has everything you need in your home from home for a relaxing vacation. Plenty of space for the kids to run around or swim in the summer just a few steps away from your fully equipped cottage. The town is famous for it's Wednesday market and in the vicinity there is plenty to keep the whole family happy. This is a comfortable character cottage which has a well equipped kitchen, large lounge and lovely dining space with gorgeous beamed ceilings and granite walls. Upstairs there is a double bedroom plus a bedroom with two single beds in, lovely for a family of four or a small group of friends. All your bed linen is provided free of charge. There is a full bathroom plus another separate WC and we will also provide towels included in the price too. You can enjoy your evenings on your private patio area, cook a great BBQ and enjoy all the 3 acres of garden. There is a very large secure fenced shared pool in the summer months as well as football goal and other outdoor games to enjoy. There are just 3 gites here so while the garden and pool are shared you have plenty of space for yourselves.

We moved to France to enjoy a slower pace of life (and all that wine and cheese) and get great pleasure from meeting all sorts of people from all over the world who enjoy staying with us our our little corner of France. It's not all easy and we work hard to keep the holiday cottages fabulous and the garden beautiful. Keep an eye out for our dog and cat who occasionally delight in trying to charm guests from our garden!

Our location is perfect for a quiet holiday while still remaining in touch with a little bit of local life. From our place you can walk into town to fetch breakfast from the choice of wonderful bakeries or in the evening you have a choice of restaurants too. The market on Wednesday is enormous and really varied, the largest in the Dordogne - it's an experience right on your doorstep!
