House Rules and Rental Conditions

DEPOSIT REQUIRED BEFORE ARRIVAL

- Inventory: Dated photos will be taken before your stay. If no complaint is made upon arrival, this will be considered invalid in the event of a claim after the stay.

- Arrival and Departure Times: Check-in is from 5 p.m. and check-out is mandatory before 10 a.m. Any unaccepted extension will be charged €20 per hour.

- Reservations and Tenants: Tenants must occupy the premises personally. Child supervision is mandatory. It is forbidden to host non-booked guests without prior authorization, under penalty of additional charges.

- Subletting Prohibited: Subletting via platforms such as Airbnb will result in penalties, including termination of the lease.

- Facilities: Equipment is provided in working order. Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted. No cleaning will be done after the stay has been used, and no compensation will be given without proof upon arrival.

- Respect for the Neighborhood: No parties or noise pollution, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

- Tobacco and Drugs: Smoking and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited. A €140 fine will be imposed for non-compliance.

- Pets: Not allowed except in exceptional circumstances at an additional cost.

- Used Linens and Trash: No eating or drinking in the bed; waste must be placed in the designated area before departure. Trash must be disposed of within the condominium's designated area. Any soiled linen, such as linen with traces of food or blood, will be charged at the same price as the new linen, as will any stolen linen.

- Dishes: A €40 surcharge will be charged if the dishes are not done before your departure. You are also asked to tidy up and wipe down any surfaces used.

- Breakage: Any unreported breakage will be charged at the cost of repairing the damage, based on the costs incurred.

- Security: Close all windows and doors when leaving. Turn off lights and electronic devices to save energy. The air conditioning must not be left running.

- Access: No keys should be left behind. Any keys not returned to the key box will be charged at the locksmith's rate, as will any broken keys.

- Appliances and utensils: Use kitchen equipment with care and cleaning after use is required. They must be stored in their proper places.

- Security: A surveillance camera is installed at the entrance to prevent theft.

- Tourist tax: To be paid upon booking.

- Internet: Any illegal downloading is prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

- Identity card: For foreigners, presentation of an identity card is mandatory upon arrival.

- Threats and harassment: Verbal or physical threats, telephone harassment, or blackmail will not be used to obtain a refund. These behaviors are punishable by law, and we will file a complaint in case of non-compliance.

- Violation of rules: Failure to comply with the rules may result in eviction and cancellation of the rental.

Chỗ nghỉ này không nhận tổ chức tiệc chia tay cuộc đời độc thân hay các bữa tiệc tương tự như vậy.

Thời gian yên lặng bắt đầu từ 22:00:00 đến 07:00:00.

Khách sẽ nhận hợp đồng cho thuê, sau đó khách phải ký và gửi lại hợp đồng cho chỗ nghỉ trước khi đến nơi. Nếu không nhận được hợp đồng đúng hạn, khách nên liên lạc với công ty quản lý chỗ nghỉ theo số điện thoại trong xác nhận đơn đặt.

Khách dưới 18 tuổi chỉ có thể nhận phòng cùng phụ huynh hoặc một người bảo hộ hợp pháp.

Yêu cầu € 200 tiền đặt cọc đề phòng hư hại. Chỗ nghỉ sẽ thu khoản này ngày trước khi đến. Số tiền này sẽ được chỗ nghỉ thu qua thẻ tín dụng. Bạn sẽ được hoàn lại trong vòng 7 ngày sau khi trả phòng. Tiền đặt cọc của bạn sẽ được hoàn lại toàn bộ thông qua thẻ tín dụng, nhưng cũng phụ thuộc vào mức hư hại mà bạn có thể gây ra tại chỗ nghỉ.
