This 3-room, 68 m2 flat offers a large living room with open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms (with 160x200 beds) and a large south-east-facing terrace. It is part of the ‘Marco-polo’ co-ownership, ideally located in the centre of Mandelieu, on the banks of the river ‘la Siagne’, 20 minutes' walk from the beaches of La Napoule and very close to the centre. A small ‘SPAR’ mini-market (open daily from 7am to 9pm), a chemist and a bank are just outside the property. Two swimming pools, one of which measures 35 m x 12 m and has a large grassed solarium, are 60 m from the flat. A small marina integrated into the property is located opposite the flat. Inside: WIFI internet connection, flat-screen TV, air conditioning in all rooms. Each of the two bedrooms has its own bathroom, and the master bedroom is very large and communicates with the terrace. A large table can seat six people on the terrace, which also offers two sun loungers and an extremely peaceful setting overlooking the shady park. The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, as well as an electric barbecue on the terrace. The 2nd bedroom-office has a fold-down bed (160x200) that is very easy to use. During the day, it is an office-library with an elegant corner sofa, a desk and storage cupboards, and a small en-suite bathroom with shower. This is a very comfortable, well-equipped, quiet flat ideally located in the centre of Mandelieu, close to the beaches of La Napoule (free shuttle bus), 15 minutes from the Croisette in Cannes and 30 minutes from Nice airport. You can enjoy wonderful walks in the Estérel massif and visit the Lérins islands in the Bay of Cannes. It's an ideal place to spend a wonderful holiday. Maximum number of Pets: 1.
