This property offers you access to a shared outdoor area including a fenced pool, a garden, an open-air terrace, a barbecue, a playground, and an outdoor shower. One parking space is available on the property. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are present on the premises. Ten bicycles are at your disposal, as well as a storage room for motorcycles and bikes. Waste sorting guidelines are provided on site, and the property features energy-saving lighting. Massage services are available upon prior request and for an additional fee. In July and August, bookings are only possible from Saturday to Saturday. Outside the high season, a minimum stay of two nights is required.
