Céline and Daniel discovered The Mill in 2017 – the perfect place to truly symbolise their own professional transformation. With the Vendee’s inspiring scenery offering an imaginative return to the landscapes of their earlier years, Céline and Daniel have truly returned to their ‘source’.
Their collective vision is to offer their guests an experience in which to relax, share, listen and engage – as they themselves have – with the harmonious energy offered by the site.

Echo d'Eau's themed rooms have been imaginatively decorated to inspire each guests in a unique way. They offer generous dimensions and enjoy a beautiful luminosity. Each room shall provide its guests with a different perspective from which to enjoy the grounds. Refurbished with our guests’ comfort in mind, our contemporary-style rooms are all equipped with modern bathrooms and separate toilets. We provide a hair dryer, kettle and a welcome kit.
