Tucked away at the end of a secret little alley called “Carieyrou”, this charming duplex offers peace, privacy, and character. Combining the charm of ancient stone with refined modern comfort, the apartment features a travertine floor, elegant furnishings, and a private entrance. Parking is available in the private courtyard or in free public car parks nearby. Everything is within walking distance : the Provençal market, restaurants, shops… And just a few minutes by car : – 5 minutes from the Ardèche beaches (3.4 km) – 6 minutes from the famous Pont d’Arc (4.9 km) – 7 minutes from the Chauvet 2 Cave (5.5 km) – 23 minutes from the breathtaking Ardèche Gorges (18.3 km) Discover Ardèche in all its splendor. Motorcyclists are very welcome : bikes can be parked in the courtyard or sheltered inside the Bastide. A baby cot is available free of charge upon request (please reserve in advance). Small, well-behaved pets are welcome, subject to prior approval. Please note : the exterior of the Bastide is currently under renovation. The appearance may seem unfinished, but it does not affect the quality, tranquility, or comfort of your stay in this peaceful stone haven. The works are currently on hold. Please note: the accommodation now has two mobile air conditioners in addition to a standing fan, which is also at your disposal if needed. The bedroom window overlooks the private inner courtyard, shared with my house (also being renovated), with no direct view into your space, ensuring privacy and calm.
