The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, with Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, this charming apartment remade with nine in 2022, with less than 200 meters of the beach, of a surface of 38 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 2nd and last floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 15 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy two balconies. We are waiting for you! The housing exposed South and West is composed in the following way: - A living room of 15 m² with TV, Wifi included, sofa bed and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - Bedroom 1 : a double bed (140×190) and a TV. - Bedroom 2 : two single beds. - A bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside : - A balcony accessible by the living room, facing West with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. - A second balcony accessible by the room 1 exposed South. Other remarks : - A key box is at your disposal so that you can move in independently. It is located on the front of the Terres de Nacre Conciergerie in Courseulles (about 5 km from the accommodation). - Free Wifi available - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment within a calm and maintained residence with garden near the sea. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : Thanks to its ideal location, you will have the opportunity to discover the beautiful landscapes of the region including the beach of Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer for a moment of relaxation or to enjoy the water sports offered by the sailing club of the city. Among these beaches you will find Juno beach (Canadian landing) at Courseulles-sur-Mer. If you want to learn more, you can go on an excursion to visit all the Normandy sites of the Second World War. At the end of the day, enjoy yourself at the casino before leaving the next morning for a visit of Caen: William the Conqueror's castle, contemporary art museums, discovery of the 100 bell towers of the city... Don't leave without admiring a sunset from the Cap Romain, a protected site that offers an abundance of fossils of great geological interest. Transportation: - You can park for free near the accommodation. - Nearest train station: Caen located at about 30 minutes by car. - Nearest airport: Caen located at about 32 minutes by car and Paris-Charles de Gaulle at 3h06 by car.
