Description : The apartment: This little type 2 cocoon: 1 bedroom for 2 people and a sofa, very comfortable, completely refurbished. (Reversible air conditioning, double glazing, fitted kitchen, jet shower, separate toilet) Located on the 1st floor, without lift of a residence with swimming pool, it has 2 beds (maximum), to spend a great holiday by the Mediterranean Sea. You can park in the Residence (shared), the time of your stay and discover the places on foot. Living room side: No Animal The living room opens onto large bay windows overlooking the gardens and the beach (markets twice a week depending on the season 10 mins away). You can share good meals with family and friends on the open kitchen table. Come and discover the Local Specialties: Fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous Monkfish Bourride, Bull Gardiane, La Rouille Graulène different from Sète rouille... Kitchen side: open to the living room, fully equipped (vitroceramic hob, microwave, fridge, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster and kettle). Sleeping side: 1 sofa bed in 140 cm, square pillows 65x65, duvet. *The sheets and towels kit will be brought to you on reservation at 25 euros for two people.* In the living room, flat screen TV. Bedroom side: 1 bed 140, square pillows 65x65, duvet. Jet shower, vanity unit with drawers, and separate toilet. ##Location: Ideally located close to the beach, shops 10 minutes from the residence, restaurants, the carousel and the entertainment of the ##Quartier Plage Nord. This apartment is located on the left bank of Grau du Roi between: the Fishing Port where you can discover local life, watch the passages of the trawls returning from fishing via the canal (swing bridge) in the middle of the afternoon and discover the fishing trades: repairing and drying the nets, sorting the fish, setting up sales stalls along the Quai Colbert... and the 1st marina in Europe where sports delegations will be welcomed for training and preparation for Paris J.O. 2024....
