The swimmng pool is heated from April to November weather depending.

Bachelor parties and other such parties are prohibited at this establishment.

A damages deposit of EUR 400 is requested upon arrival. It must be paid by credit card. The refund should be made within 14 days of your departure. The security deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card, if no damage has been noted by the establishment.

Please note that the end-of-stay cleaning for stays of 7 nights or more is the guest's responsibility. A fee will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean upon departure. A "final cleaning excluding kitchenette" option can be booked at the reception or in advance through the reservation service. Contact the residence directly or the reservation service for pricing.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
