The accommodation comprises - 25 m² living room with TV, sitting area and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a balcony, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) with balcony - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: two single beds - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Outside : - A 6m² balcony, accessible from the kitchen - A 5m² balcony accessible from the first bedroom For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
