Agence Cocoonr B&P offers you in the commune of Brandivy, this charming house of a surface of 70 m ² and being able to accomodate 4 travellers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 28 m² (with fireplace), an open plan kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and two terraces to enjoy the beautiful days. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A 28 m² living room with fireplace (wood provided), sofa, armchairs and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine... On the 1st floor: - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200). - A shower room with shower. - Separate toilet. On the 2nd floor : - Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160x200) or two single beds (on request) - A bathroom with shower and WC. Outside : - A first terrace of about 20 m², facing East and bordered by the walls of the old abbey. - A second terrace of about 25 m², facing West with a screened in wall to the North and open to the West, not overlooked. Outdoor furniture, table and chairs, available. Other remarks : - Free Wifi - Sheets and towels included. - On request: plancha, steamer, hair dryer, radio, baby bed. - You will have access to the shared laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, located in the mansion and not in the gîte. - The sofa bed in the living room provides extra sleeping space if required. - The fireplace is functional and wood is provided. - Animals are not allowed in the gîte. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. The house is ideally located in Brandivy, in a very pleasant environment in the countryside, ideal for resting among the trees, in the perimeter of the old Cistercian abbey founded in 1138. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby. Activities : - Sights: Vannes (the ancient medieval city, at the gateway to the Gulf of Morbihan), the Quiberon peninsula, the old town of Auray and the popular port of Saint-Goustan, the forests of Lanvaux, Fleuranges and Camors, the thousand-year-old city of Josselin... - Sporting activities : Hiking, cycling and horse riding, accrobranche in the forest of Camors - Cultural visits : Megalithic sites (Carnac and its alignments), cruises on the Gulf of Morbihan (an inland sea dotted with islands and famous for its oysters), the castle of Suscinio... - Gastronomic heritage: oysters, salted butter caramel, Quiberon niniches... Parking : To park your car, there is a collective outdoor car park located at the entrance of the domain.
