This fully renovated cottage for 8 people is perfect for a relaxing stay with family or friends. Accessed through the central courtyard of our farmhouse, you'll unwind in a separate space overlooking the walnut grove and the surrounding nature to the south of the building. You'll enjoy complete privacy with a terrace and above-ground pool. The 10 hectares of woods and meadows to the south of the property, with its borie (small stork) and spring, are open to you for walking, with access to the surrounding hiking trails. The cottage is meticulously furnished to a high standard, comprising four separate bedrooms with shutters and double blackout curtains, two bathrooms with showers, a bathroom, and two separate toilets. On the ground floor, you'll enjoy a large 48 m² living room arranged around the central kitchen island, which opens onto the living room and is near the dining room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for comfortable cooking. You then access two spacious bedrooms: the Fig Trees Room (160x200cm double bed that can be split into two single beds) and the Walnut Grove Room (160x200cm king-size bed) opening onto the terrace. A bathroom with shower and washing machine, as well as a separate toilet, complete the ensemble. The upper floor is accessible via a staircase from the dining room. The landing leads to two large attic bedrooms: the Plum Trees Room (160x200cm double bed that can be split into two single beds) and the Lime Trees Master Bedroom (160x200cm king-size bed) with its open bathroom equipped with a bathtub. A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet complete the ensemble. For your comfort, we have carefully equipped all our rooms with new hotel-quality bedding. The beds are prepared for your arrival with quality bed linen and a set of bathroom linen per person is provided.

We welcome you to an old farmhouse that we are bringing back to life over time. You will stay in a green setting with numerous fruit trees, a spring, and a forest of oak and chestnut trees. Our goal is to share the serenity of the place with you. In this setting, you will have access to a unique discovery of Lascaux by exploring the surrounding area step by step along various hiking trails that are easily accessible on foot or by bike. Vintage vehicle enthusiasts are welcome. Depending on space available, vehicles can be parked in a closed garage or an open barn.

The Gouffre de Padirac and the medieval town of Rocamadour in the Lot department, located 1 hour 20 minutes away, are ideal day trips.
