This detached house offers excellent and versatile accommodation with three large bedrooms. It can cater for adult groups of up to six and groups including children and infants of up to 8. It is equipped with an easy to use woodpellet burner for visits during cooler winter months. There is outside space for eating and parking for up to three cars. A comfortable accommodation that has been refurbished to provide a relaxing environment to enjoy your holiday.

I have lived in France for fifteen years and have loved what France has to offer, with its culture, food, wine, lovely hot summers, beautiful places to visit and more. I have been blessed to have had donkeys since I have lived in France and get an enormous amount of pleasure from my two female donkeys. I live a short distance from the gite and whilst not there 24/7 can be on hand for any help, questions. There are lots to do and explore in the area. Coco plage (a large lake with man made beach) is 20 minutes by car. St Ceneri and St Leonard du Bois popular tourist destinations are 10 minutes by car. There are cycling and walking paths less than 2 kilometres away. Market towns like Fresnay sur Sarthe is 20 minutes away by car. Larger cities like Alencon and Le Mans are less than an hour by car to get too. Major tourist attractions like Mont Saint Michel is about 1 hour 45 minutes by car. This detached house offers versatile accommodation with three large bedrooms. It is ideal for groups or families visiting the region to hike, cycle, motor cycle and explore the Alpes Mancelles region. There is also bungee jumping in Saint-Georges-le-Gaultier, canoeing on the Sarthe in Saint-Léonard-des-Bois, Coco Plage in Sillé-le-Guillaume with its many activities. Very pretty little villages of character with restaurants and much more.. For visitors interested in the Le Mans 24 hour race the gite is located about 50 kilometres north of Le Mans, which is also a beautiful city to visit with it's majestic cathedral and old wooden frame buildings in the centre of the city and it's popular markets in the square in front of the cathedral of certain days each week. Other places of interest to visit in the area include the city of Alencon which offers lots of activites for children like a new skate park, large swimmimg pool. St Suzanne another small village of character which is very popular with visitors in the summer. There are TGV train connections from Paris to Le Mans and then stations at Sille-le-Guillaume and Alencon. The nearest ferry port is Ouistreham (Caen) and this is a 1 hour 45 minutes drive from the gite.
