The apartment, on the 1st floor, is very very quiet, well equipped with top-notch beds and spacious. For security reasons, the presentation of an identity document will be kindly requested.
We are a family with two grown-up boys.
The direct external environment is simple, but you are close to centers of interest of primary importance, such as the Basilica and royal necropolis of Saint-Denis or the Stade de France. Two must-see! Near the Gérard Philipe theater and not far from the Basilica of Saint Denis or the Stade de France Shops, bakery, small restaurants are around the corner. 4 minutes from SNCF RER D station, 11 minutes from Basilique station and 2 minutes from tram lines T1 (Gérard Philipe theater stop) and T8 (Paul Eluard stop) To reach the Stade de France, take line T8 or a 20-minutes walk
