We propose you to rent, on the commune of Saint-Alban, two charming houses entirely renovated in 2021 with swimming pool shared between the two houses. Each house is 150 m² and can accommodate up to 8 travelers. You can enjoy a garden of about 2,000 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! Outside : - A swimming pool (heated) of 4×9 m, 1m50 deep and open from April to October (opening dates not contractual). Possible opening in winter on request (November to end of March) with a supplement for the heating of the swimming pool: 150 euros for short stays up to 6 days. Beyond that : 25 euros / extra day. The pool is protected by a shelter, and can therefore be closed. To secure it, it has an electric shutter. The pool area will be shared with the residents of the second house rented on the other part of the land, depending on the occupation. Green Lodge accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr Agency of Val André - Erquy - Frehel and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team, who will give you an introduction to the flat and how it works, and hand over the keys. Other comments: - All hotel quality bedding, sheets and towels provided. - Free Wifi available. - Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool. Please note that we are delighted to welcome pets, however, for neighborly reasons, the number, size and relative noise must be announced at the time of booking. - Any child swimming is under the responsibility of a parent. - Possibility of heating the pool outside this period: on estimate and on D-15 minimum. - The pool area will be shared with the residents of the second house rented on the other part of the property, depending on the occupation. - The lawn will be mowed by a robot at night.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Alban, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby (3 km) as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... 2025 works: the house is now fully enclosed on the street side, with a full-height gate for added comfort and security. Activities : - Tourist sites : the Cap d'Erquy, the Cap Fréhel, boat to go to the Ile de Bréhat... - Sporting activities : You can take advantage of the proximity of the coast to practice numerous nautical activities, various golf courses and horse riding centres in the vicinity, hiking along the GR 34... - Cultural visits: the castle of Bienassis offering various courses and sound and light shows in summer. - Relaxation: Casino, thalassotherapy.... - Gastronomic heritage: Bouchot mussels, Breton arton, scallops from the Bay of Saint-Brieuc... - Events : Open de Bretagne golf, Route du Rhum, Jumping d'Erquy...
