It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 20 m² garden. We're waiting for you! The apartment is composed as follows: Ground floor: - 20 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bathroom with shower and WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: two single beds (140×190) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan. Exterior: - A beautiful 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days Other remarks : - The children's bedroom has a sloping ceiling and the other bedrooms have fairly low ceilings. - Free WiFi available (fibre optic) - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
