On the ground floor, one bedroom (160x200) with a private bathroom in zellige and Italian-style shower offers direct access to the garden. This level also includes separate toilets and a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and sink. A wooden staircase leads to a bright corridor with a workspace for two and a TV corner with sofa, ideal for remote working or relaxation. Upstairs, the first bedroom (160x200) facing north offers storage and refined lighting. The master suite (180x200), bathed in light, has panoramic views, a private bathroom with toilet, and a spacious dressing room. A bathroom with bathtub and separate toilets complete this level. 🌳 Outside, a shaded terrace under majestic trees features a large wooden table (4 to 6 guests) and a plancha.
