The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency propose to you to rent, in Saint-Aubert-sur-Orne, this charming house of a surface of 135 m ² and being able to accommodate until 5 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 50 m², an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of about 600 m². Sheets included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A living room of 50 m² with TV, Wifi, sofas and dining area. - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - A bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. - Separate toilet. On the first floor: - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190), a single bed and a desk. - Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200), storage space and a dressing table. - A rich private library. For even more comfort: barbecue, washing machine, fan, iron. Exterior: - A beautiful semi-enclosed garden of 600 m² and a terrace of about 16 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Other remarks : - Sheets and linens provided. - Towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are for information only, subject to change by our partner. - Free Wifi available. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
