I propose to rent a holiday cottage furnished in one of the Most Beautiful Villages of France, Flavigny-Sur-Ozerain, where are manufactured the famous Anis de Flavigny. It is not a bed and breakfast but an entire house for 5 people. It is furnished, furnished and decorated with great care. It is super equipped and offers a particularly comfortable and spacious accommodation for 5 people. It can be rented at the same time as the neighboring house, with possible internal communication. I do not propose breakfast or meals. The bed linen and towels are optional if really necessary. The minimum stay is 3 nights outside high season and 7 nights in high season. Orientation: due south, the yard common to the houses is a very pleasant garden in summer. This is not a parking lot. As part of a unique architectural ensemble, the house is part of former outbuildings of the Abbaye Saint-Pierre, in the medieval village of Flavigny-Sur-Ozerain where was filmed "The Chocolate" with Juliette Binoche and Johnny Depp . This cottage has been completely renovated in the style "Loft" in 2016.

Flavigny-Sur-Ozerain is one of the Most Beautiful Villages of France .. Strolling its winding streets and imposing ramparts, with breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys, is an enchantment of the eyes but also the nostrils, tickled by the smell of anis distilled by the Fabrique des Anis de Flavigny in the former Saint-Pierre Abbey. From early December to mid-January, an exhibition of crèches on the windows of the average houses gives the village a magical Christmas atmosphere and transports the walker out of time. In addition to the guided tours of the village and that of the Carolingian crypt of St. Peter's Abbey, one can enter the church of Saint-Genest to admire beautiful stalls and the Smiling Angel with such a sweet expression.
