Very unique medieval rustic house full of character. The guests will have access to their lodging by a private entrance. The lodging consists of 2 rooms, (lounge and bedroom), bathroom, veranda, and a balcony. Lounge with tv, desk, sofa, wood burner. Bathroom with shower, and a king size double bed room upstairs. From the lounge there is access to the ping pong veranda room and private balcony. Kettle, mini fridge, micro ondes and toaster are available in the veranda . Private parking on site. All of this is private and for the use of the guests only. For info 2 dogs and 1 cat live in the host part of the house and in the garden. They don't have access to the guests lodging. They are very gentle. 1 cot available. wood burner and electric heating.

In St Avit you will find a small grocery store, a bar, a restaurant, fresh bread for the morning. 2 km away is the Beaumontois Bastide in the Périgord which offers more shops. The house is in the heart of the Dordogne Valley to explore both the castles, the villages of the valley, many of which contain " Some of the most beautiful villages in France" (La Roque Gageac, Beynac, Domme, Sarlat...), as well as the bastides of the south such as Beaumont, Monpazier, Villefranche du Périgord, Issigeac...
