On one of the most picturesque walking streets along the Côte d'Azur. I wish I had a Euro for every picture someone has taken a picture of my house. Around the corner is the Cathedral, Musee' Picasso, and Marche' Provençal. Short distances to Nice, Cannes and an hour train to Italy. A perfect location to enjoy the south of France. This is fisherman's house, 3 stories with the top two floors with full sea views. There is a small garden when you enter the gate where you can sit and eat or finish the day with a glass of wine. Parking is public parking. On the remparts there is limited parking but the nearby parking garage is a short walk. You can book this ahead to avoid higher charges. Bathrooms were renovated in 2021 so everything modern. Kitchen has all modern stove/oven and fridge new in August 2022. Air conditioning/heating on floors. I have spent this winter making many changes with new furniture, painting and very deep clean. I do you’ll come and enjoy!

Antibes for me is magical....I enjoy all my neighbours who are French, Swiss, and Swedish. The village multi national. As I was an American ex pat in Asia and Europe for 12 years, I find living a European life several times a year a wonderful balance. My little dog Bubba is a jet setter to travelling with me and loves to meet all the other dogs. He makes me walk him several times a day and it is such a beautiful place to be on the sea. Antibes beautiful 12 months a year.

The house is in the center of the old village and on the sea so views of regattas, sunrises, full moons, yachts and the alps are 'extraordinaire'. 50 meters to restaurants, Marche Provencale, museums...and lots of gelato outlets Unique in antibes is that there are only a few houses with sea views in this location on the remparts and unique as it is your own little house...
