The accommodation comprises - A 25 m² living room with TV, armchairs and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, extractor hood, etc. - Two sleeping areas with 1 double bed (140×190 cm) and 1 bunk bed ideal for children (sleeps 2, 180x80 cm) - A shower room with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - An 8 m² south-facing balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days. - A barbecue Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fibre optics) - Pets accepted, for a supplement of e15/stay, one pet only (cat or dog).
