When travelling with pets, please note that only 1 dog/stay is accepted if you inform the property in advance when booking, and extra charge of 15 EUR per pet, per day applies. The property does not accept dogs that are category 1 or 2. The up-to-date vaccination record will be requested upon your arrival.

No aggressive, noisy or unvaccinated dogs will be accepted on the property. The villa and its garden must be left completely clean.

The property is not fenced. It's not allowed to leave the animal alone in the villa.

You are kindly requested to respect the maximum occupancy of the accommodation. The presence of unregistered persons in the accommodation is not permitted at any time during the stay. Any visitors has to be reported in advance to the property owner, who may possibly object if it represents any danger to the home or if it is not covered by his insurance policy.

Although TV, Wifi, water and electricity are included in the price, a check-up of the water and electricity meters will be taken during the check-in and check-out inventories in order to check any abnormal consumption during the stay. In that case, penalty will be taken from security deposit.

Kindly note that cleaning fees are applicable and mandatory, different payment options available upon arrival per cash or Visa card, bank transfer.

A cleaning time of 4:30 hours is scheduled after each departure by two cleaning ladies. Any extra hour time of cleaning in addition to the usual time stipulated above, will be charged 35€/ hour. These hours will be deducted from the security deposit directly.

It is strictly forbidden to leave minor children without adult supervision in the villa. It is the full and entire responsibility of parents or legal guardians to supervise their children in the villa and its garden as well as around the swimming pool.

Khách dưới 18 tuổi chỉ có thể nhận phòng cùng phụ huynh hoặc một người bảo hộ hợp pháp.

Yêu cầu € 1.500 tiền đặt cọc đề phòng hư hại khi đến nghỉ. Số tiền này sẽ được chỗ nghỉ thu qua thẻ tín dụng. Bạn sẽ được hoàn lại trong vòng 7 ngày sau khi trả phòng. Tiền đặt cọc của bạn sẽ được hoàn lại toàn bộ thông qua thẻ tín dụng, nhưng cũng phụ thuộc vào mức hư hại mà bạn có thể gây ra tại chỗ nghỉ.
