Upstairs, via a private staircase: 1 family unit composed of 2 bedrooms (Terre & Mer 1 bed 1.40 m, 1 bed 0.90 m) (Vent et Marée 1 bed 1.40 m), a bathroom (double sink, shower and toilet), private landing with lounge area. Baby cot & high chair available. Large living room for breakfasts giving pride of place to homemade products (including pancakes of course but also yogurts and jams!) and local products. Shelter for motorcycles, bicycles and other equipment. Green space of 2000 m², garden furniture. Shared parking space with the owners on the estate at the rear of the farmhouse. Children up to 3 years stay free. Small dog accepted on request. For the months of June, July, August 2 nights minimum.
