The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor - A 40 m² living room with TV, stove (first two flames free), sofa and armchairs, dining area and open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Shower room and WC First floor - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) with TV, storage and workspace - Bedroom 2: two single beds (80×200) - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Outside : - A lovely south-facing garden (private and enclosed) of 35 m², with furniture for enjoying fine weather. - A wooden terrace surrounds the entire house (5x2.50 m² on the south side) and a covered area (2 m²) on the north side.
