Small, bright, and elegant apartment, ideal for a couple. Located very close to Paris, just one kilometer from Place d'Italie (13th arrondissement) and the Maison des Examens in Arcueil, in a quiet neighborhood, its main advantages are its location. A lovely little park is situated directly across from the apartment and visible from the windows, bringing a touch of nature. Street parking is very easy and much cheaper than in Paris. The RER B "Gentilly station" is a 5-minute walk away, and the new metro line 14 "Le Kremlin-Bicêtre station" is a 10-minute walk away. Self check-in at any time.
This little apartment was my home away from home when I worked in Paris. It's a charming place to live. Welcome to La Gentillomière
A 5 mn à pieds du RER, station Gentilly A 2 mn à pieds de Sanofi A 10 mn à pieds de la Maison des examens d'Arcueil A 15 mn à pieds du quartier mythique de la Butte aux Cailles dans Paris 13 ème et de la place d'Italie. A 20 mn en Bus 57 de la gare de Lyon. A 15 mn en voiture ou RER de l'aéroport d'Orly A 45 mn en RER de l'aéroport Charles de Gaulle (trajet direct).
