In a residence on the shores of the Leman Lake 40 mins from Geneva, "feet in the water", a crossing apartment with a view overlooking the lake, not overlooked, with direct access to the beach and the lakeside path.
Private parking.
The apartment is 5 minutes drive from the thermal baths of Thonon les Bains.
The nearest ski resorts are 30 minutes away by car.
The apartment is on the 2nd and last floor of the residence. Access by stairs, without elevator.
Bonjour. Notre appartement est un lieu familial dans lequel nous venons régulièrement. Nous avons à cœur de vous faire sentir comme chez vous. La vue est juste magnifique. Baignade assurée en été. Les montagnes sont toutes proches ainsi que les stations de ski l'hiver.
L'appartement est au 2ème et dernier étage. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.
