Each space, bathed in light thanks to large windows with views over Quimper, combines modern comfort with top-of-the-range bedding for restful nights. While the ground floor opens directly onto the covered and open terraces, you'll be able to enjoy cocooning evenings, thanks to the dishes of Michelin-starred chef Laurent Bacquer, available in the restaurant area, or take advantage of the town-centre restaurants just a stone's throw from the house. A relaxation and treatment area is also available. You can book your time in the Jacuzzi (first half-hour free), book a treatment or massage, or simply take a nap in one of the relaxing armchairs. Located in the Sainte-Thérèse district of Quimper, it boasts an ideal location: 300 m from the train station and 1 km from St-Corentin Cathedral, right in the city centre. It offers a car-free stay thanks to its proximity to the main tourist sites, restaurants, bars, shops, museums, parks and gardens, all within walking distance. It also has 5 parking spaces in its courtyard and a free car park 300 m away. The beaches of the Pays Bigouden are less than 30 minutes away by car, and destinations such as the walled town of Concarneau, Douarnenez, Locronan and Pont-Aven are within easy reach of Quimper.

The house in the Sainte-Thérèse district is 300m from the station and 1100m from Saint Corentin Cathedral, right in the heart of Quimper. The cathedral, restaurants, bars, shops, museums, parks and gardens are all within easy walking distance. The beautiful beaches of the Pays Bigouden are less than half an hour away by car. Visit the walled town of Concarneau, Douarnenez, Locronan and Pont Aven.
