Le Cèdre 1830 is a recently renovated farmhouse, nestled in the Catalan Ribéral. Ideally located and well served, in the heart of gentle countryside 20 minutes by car from the large beaches of Canet-en-Roussillon and St Cyprien (bus shuttle also), 1 hour from the Pyrenees mountains, 9 minutes from Thuir and 14 minutes from the center city ​​of Perpignan. Around the Cèdre 1830, you can take advantage of the bicycles available to ride on the country lanes in the middle of the orchards, canals and rivers to discover the Catalan farmhouses, the Bouzigues lake in St-Feliu-d'Avall. You will see the Organs of Ille-Sur-Têt and the medieval village of Castelnou as close as possible. Le Cèdre 1830 allows you to enjoy its large outdoor swimming pool, its bowling alley, billiards, deckchairs and its outdoor kitchen with plancha and braziers... You're ost welcome ! Our good local addresses are also waiting for you :-) Quietly located in the countryside in the small village of St Feliu-d'Avall, 20 minutes from the large beaches of Canet-en-Roussillon and St Cyprien, 25 minutes from Argelès-Sur-Mer, 1 hour from the Pyrenees mountains, 9 minutes from the charming village of Thuir, 14 minutes from downtown Perpignan. Very festive village in summer, lots of entertainment, skate park, children's park right next to the house (not really 10). Brand new tennis courts. Bakery, tobacconist and newsagent, supermarket, butcher... all of this 5 mins walk away. Finally, and if you feel like it, you will be 30 minutes from Spain, 1h30 from modernist Barcelona, ​​Gaudi's homeland, shelling the idyllic beaches of the Costa Brava with turquoise and deep blue waters...
